A Qigong, Sound & Reiki Morning with Kay & Michelle

Sink into a morning of deep rest, grounding and gentle energetic support.

Your hosts are two highly experienced practitioners:
Kay — Sound therapist and wellbeing practitioner (Grounded Sound)
Michelle — Reiki Master and founder of Minds Eye

We begin in circle before easing into slow, grounding Qigong‑inspired movement to settle the nervous system and bring you home to your body.
You’ll then be guided into a soothing sound bath, while Michelle offers individual Reiki with a focus on the head and upper energy centres, supporting calm, clarity and a felt sense of safety.

This session is perfect if…
you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstretched or mentally busy

you’re craving softness, reassurance and a sense of being held

you want to feel more grounded and safe in your body

you’d love a gentle reset for your nervous system

you’re seeking clarity, calm or a quieter mind

you enjoy practices that help you drop deeply into rest and inner steadiness

No experience is needed — we warmly welcome friends old and new to join us.  
If you’re unsure whether this session is right for you health‑wise, you’re welcome to reach out to either of us for a gentle conversation.

Please bring:  
A yoga mat if you have one, blankets, a pillow, and anything that helps you feel cosy on the floor. Eye mask optional.
We’ll close with grounding chocolate.
