Join us beneath the light of the August Full Moon, traditionally known as the Sturgeon Moon, for an evening of meditation, sound and deep relaxation.

Named after one of the oldest fish species on Earth, the Sturgeon Moon is often associated with wisdom, resilience and trusting the guidance that comes from within. It reminds us that beneath the noise and busyness of everyday life, there is a quiet inner knowing that is always available to us.

This evening offers an opportunity to pause, slow down and reconnect with yourself. Through guided meditation we will create space for stillness and reflection, before relaxing into a beautiful sound bath designed to support balance, harmony and inner peace.
A gentle evening to step away from the demands of daily life, to quiet the mind, relax, reconnect with the wisdom and peace that already resides within.
