π Important Information for Parents and Students
π Check-In: Begins at 5:30 pm
π Pick-Up: 10:05 pm
πͺ All attendees must be out of the building by 10:30 pm, unless volunteering to help remove decorations.
π Students who are old enough to drive may drive themselves, but no one will be allowed to leave early without permission from a parent or chaperone. This is for safety reasons.
π‘οΈ Behavior Code of Conduct
To make sure everyone has a safe and amazing night, the following rules will be strictly enforced:
β Bullying of any kind WILL NOT be tolerated
π€ Attendees must show safe, respectful, and courteous behavior at all times
π« No running, pushing, hitting, fighting, or rough play
ποΈ Do not touch or remove any museum exhibit materials or prom decorations
π Keep all food and drinks OFF the dance floor
π₯€ No outside food or drinks, including water bottles
π©βπ« Respect all chaperones and follow their instructions
π Absolutely NO tobacco, alcohol, vaping, smoking devices, weapons, or drugs of any kind
ππ Dress Code Guidelines
This is a formal event, and we want everyone to feel confident and comfortable!
πΈ Ladies
We celebrate that every body is unique! Dresses will be approved with that in mind.
If you are unsure whether a dress is appropriate, you may email a photo of the attendee wearing the dress to Program Coordinator Rachel Kennedy at

Dress requirements:
β Dresses must not be shorter than 3 inches above the knee
β Slits may not rise higher than 3 inches above the knee
β Dresses should be modestly cut in the front
β The back of the dress must not go below the belly button line
β Lacing on the back is allowed if it stays above the belly line
β No undergarments may be visible
β No two-piece dresses that expose the abdomen
β Shoes are required to enter and exit
β Comfortable shoes like Vans are perfectly fine
π‘ Tip: Make sure your dress stays secure while you move and dance so you can enjoy the night without worry!

A polished, formal look is required:
β Tuxedo or dress suit preferred
β Neck tie or bow tie required
β Dress shoes or sneakers are acceptable
β No jeans or t-shirts
β Shoes are required to enter and exit
