Health & Physical Condition RepresentationI represent and warrant that:I am physically fit and sufficiently prepared to participate.I do not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe.I have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid strenuous physical activity.I accept full responsibility for consulting a physician prior to participation if I have any concerns.I agree to immediately stop participating if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms.Pulse is not providing medical advice, medical supervision, or individualized training instruction.4. Unsafe, reckless, harassing, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.7. Media ReleaseI grant Pulse the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and name in connection with the Event for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, without compensation. I acknowledge that I can opt-out on the day.8. Alcohol (If Applicable)If alcohol is served at any portion of the Event, I acknowledge that physical activity will occur prior to consumption. I accept full responsibility for my decisions and conduct related to alcohol use.9. SeverabilityIf any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.10.
