We are deeply connected to the living world with its plants, animals, rivers and mountains. In times of deep unrest and the signs of a societal system in collapse, we need to return to the sacred laws of nature. To slow down enough to hear the feminine and the masculine of creation sing in our own hearts. To relax, return and rewild as human beings. 

This retreat reconnects you to the Wild Soul, the collective ecological unconscious where we are all one with life and other beings on the planet. It gives you tools to share with others, who also long to find a path to wholeness and its mystery and magic. Eco-psychology not only offers explanations of how and why we react to the stress put on the planet by human influence. It also offers a world view of humans interconnected with all living beings, and a way to find our path back to an experience of wholeness and wonder. Psychosynthesis is a transpersonal psychology that connects us to that which is more than us and offers tools to enhance our growth towards a connection both horizontal and vertical. Together these models make a wonderful marriage of embodiment and philosophy, helping us to find ways forward and ways to choose connection instead of the separation our culture has taught us to live in.  

Set in the lush beauty of the Swedish countryside on the western part of Sweden, this in-depth retreat offers an opportunity to explore our relationship to the living world. We will dive into the physical experience of being with nature, but also the theoretical understanding about what happens with us when we do. Connecting eco-psychological theory with psychosynthesis concepts, we will deepen our understanding about how a relationship with nature also deepens our natural relationship to the sacred laws of nature. We will do ceremonies to honor the elements and all the worlds of Grandmother Earth, learn how to listen to trees and how to talk with the land and discover how the life force energy of Love and Will is breathing inside of us. 

What you will experience 

•	Reestablishing a deep relationship with nature, and thus reconnecting to yourself
•	Reconnecting to Love and Will as the Feminine and Masculine of creation
•	Exercises and ceremonies for connection to the worlds of Nature and how to help others to do the same
•	Time for own reflection in nature, during day or night
•	Update on recent theory and development of ecopsychology
•	Breathing session to experience connection to Creation 
•	Excursions in nature to explore and experience
•	Daily movement to start the day

The course gives you a certificate of 20 training hours.

Eva Sanner is an experienced psychosynthesis therapist, trained at Psykosyntesakademin, Stockholm, Sweden. She is also trained in ecopsychology with the Lodyn Association in Sweden and has deepened her experience over the last eight years as an apprentice on the shamanic path of Sweet Medicine Sundance Path.
