We'll then step into a beautiful "Messages from Spirit" session** offering gentle reminders that you are supported, guided, and never alone. From there, you'll take part in a hands-on Tarot workshop where you'll learn how to use Tarot as a self-care tool - one that encourages reflection, intuition, and staying connected to yourself through every season of life. As the afternoon lingers, you'll be guided through a manifestation-inspired letter writing ritual focused on the care, peace and love you want to create for yourself in the months ahead. Your letter will then be mailed back to you one month later as a soft reminder to continue choosing yourself. Finally, we'll close where we began — with another soothing Reiki experience that seals the afternoon in warmth and reminds you, in the gentlest way, that caring for yourself is not indulgent — it's necessary.*** *All activities will take place as a group. **Messages will be shared as spirit brings them forward.
