This all-levels yoga class is taught by Kaitlin Frakes, 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (500 HR YTT) and is designed to welcome every body and every experience level. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re welcome here. Expect intentional movement, mindful breathing, and plenty of good vibes.
