Join Tal & Purnima in this evening ceremony of letting go — shedding the weight of what no longer serves you, so you can gently open to the dreams, visions, and intentions you wish to carry into 2026.

What to Expect

? Yin Yoga — long, grounding holds to release stored tension + emotions
? Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation journey to let go and plant seeds of intention
? Sound Bath by Purnima — vibrational sound to soothe your nervous system and deepen integration
? Fire Burning Ritual — write, release, and offer into the flames what you no longer wish to carry
? Reflection & Journaling — guided prompts to gain clarity and vision
