I started questioning what I could do for myself to help stabilize my body and balance my life.  And then I found yoga. As B.K.S. Iyengar said yoga helps us “by remaining in the company of great souls and through their guidance, sets our foot firmly on the right path to overcome weakness.”I truly experience this when I practice. Through this journey, I witness the change in my body, in mind, and feel my existence in a different way. I feel yoga from the bottom of my heart, and have found the study of yoga to be my true purpose.
