Yin Yoga Teacher Training- An Integrated Approach to the Principles, Philosophy and Inner Landscape

This 20-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training offers an integrated approach to the principles, philosophy, and energetics of Yin Yoga. Grounded in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and subtle body awareness, this training invites teachers to explore Yin as a meditative, energetic, and deeply transformative practice.

Students will learn the anatomical principles of Yin Yoga, the meridian system, and the Five Element theory while cultivating sensitivity to energetic flow and emotional presence. Through lectures, discussion, self-inquiry, and practice labs, participants will gain the tools to confidently teach and sequence Yin Yoga classes that honor stillness, sensation, and the art of deep listening.
