- **Event Description**: The Cupid Conspiracy is a high-energy, one-day Co-ed CrossFit competition held on Valentine’s Day that blends intensity, suspense, and a little bit of mischief. Athletes are given five workouts in advance, but only three will be revealed and performed on the day of the event, with one additional surprise floater workout chosen from the two additional floater workouts provided—keeping strategy and adaptability front and center. Designed to be welcoming and approachable, this is a great competition for athletes who are new to CrossFit, with all movements and weights scaled to be doable for most all participants. The Cupid Conspiracy tests grit, versatility, and competitive spirit while delivering a fun, inclusive Valentine’s Day throwdown where nothing is quite as it seems. ??️‍♀️
