Participants do not have to go in the water to join: there are many people who prefer to stay warm and support from the beach. Free donuts, warm drinks, and this year, saunas by big towel!!Any funds will support LoveCass, a 501(c)(3) non-profit created by Rewind Kingston  to support accessible mental health and wellness programming, distribute resources + coping skills to the community.
