Join us every Saturday morning for a breathwork and/or casual swim at Kingston Beach. We meet opposite the toilet block at the middle of the beach.

We go to BoHo for a coffee and a chat afterwards

07:45 Breathing: This for a 30-40 minute guided Wim Hof breathing process. BYO yoga mat, sleeping bag or blanket to stay warm. If it isn’t raining or too windy, breathing will be on the beach, but if it is raining or likely to, or too windy to be comfortable, it will be between the surf lifesaving club shed and the toilet block in the small undercover area. It's a concrete floor, so bring something softer and warmer to lie on.

08:30 Swimming/Bobbers: Same place as breathers

09:00 (ish) Coffee: BoHo (33 Beach Rd, Kingston)
