This full-day, hands-on sourdough workshop is designed to help you finally understand sourdough and bake confidently at home.

In this class, you will
🍞 Mix, shape, and score your own artisan sourdough loaf
🍕 Make sourdough pizza dough, then bake and enjoy your own pizza lunch
🌱 Learn how to keep a sourdough starter alive without it taking over your life
✨ Demystify hydration, fermentation, inclusions, and all the sourdough “mystery words”

• A freshly baked sourdough loaf you score and bake
• One additional dough to bake at home
• Sourdough pizza dough for two medium pizzas
• Two sourdough starters, one live and one dehydrated backup
• The Sourdough Workbook for reference and practice
