We will flow into a beautiful harmonic soundscape of layered notes, tones and vibrations You'll be taken on a sonic journey from gentle percussive calls of the wild and shamanic medicine drum rhythms, to the distinctive calming tones of the sublime singing bowls and high vibrational chimes and powerful base vibrations of the GONG



Yoga nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage settles you into a calm state of consciousness between waking and sleeping where your nervous system is gently relaxed.

You will be guided on a sensory journey through your body also using visualisation that will connect to different parts of your brain and stimulate new energetic pathways.

The combination of deeply restful yoga nidra and sound is a gentle yet powerful way to soothe stress and overwhelm that plagues so many of us in challenging times with busy minds and so many scattered energies fighting for our focus. It's a time for you, a time to gently pause and be and receive something musically and energetically soothing and beautiful.



Come try for yourself and see. Many guests share they sleep much better, feel lighter and calm and some even feel joyful and bliss. It can be different every time but it's worth it.
