This one will be an twilight by candlelight event just before Xmas
An evening of deep restoration and sensory expansion — a Sound Alchemy Journey weaving together the art of Yoga Nidra, healing vibration, and live instrumental soundscapes.
Michelle will guide you through a gentle Yoga Nidra meditation to prepare your body and mind, easing you into a state of calm between waking and dreaming. From there, allow yourself to be carried through a harmonic landscape of layered tones, vibrations, and elemental sounds — from the shamanic pulse of the medicine drum and grounding gong to the ethereal resonance of singing bowls and chimes.
This special event features guest artist Christian (Two Hands Tapping), whose discovery of the Handpan opened a world of heartfelt, mystical expression. His captivating blend of handpan, piano, santoor (Persian hammer dulcimer), native flutes and percussion creates soundscapes that feel both ancient and otherworldly — melodies that move through you, awakening and soothing the soul.
Together, Michelle and Christian will co-create an immersive evening of vibration, presence and sound healing — inviting you to drift, release and return to yourself in pure resonance and bliss.

1. Soul Barn Nest - lying on floor in our nest style comfortable set up including your yoga mats, sheep skin rug or wool blanket underneath plus a supportive yoga bolster , pillow and warm wool blanket. Eye pillows are also provided - $44 per person
2. Lounge style arm chair, or lounge chair some with arms and some without but solid support including wool blankets and eye mask $36 per person
3. Large Bean Bag Option - super comfy to melt into
