Michelle's yoga classes are suitable for most and welcomes beginners Women’s Circle and Journal Work – Deep connection to the feminine, as well as some journal questions to connect you to your higher wisdom and explore soul guidance to support you making decisions and finding clarity and inspiration to move forward. Organic Lunch – Fresh, wholesome, and included in your day as well as morning tea Our final practice is Michelle's aromaZen restorative healing journey This is not your everyday meditation—it’s a three-part sensory immersion through the chakras using Vibrational healing to support deep emotional release and energetic alignment. You’ll be guided inward using doTERRA essential oils, conscious breathwork, followed by yoga nidra and a blissful sound healing with singing bowls, chimes, percussion, and medicine drum—all working together to balance your chakras, activate your energy system, and empower emotional clarity.
