Set among rolling hills, native wildlife and the slower rhythm of rural life, Smudge & Bloom is an invitation to pause, ground and reconnect — with yourself, your creativity and your inner calm.

We begin with a warm welcome and grounding circle, followed by a gentle introduction to smudging as an intentional, everyday practice.
You’ll be guided to create and take home:
A personalised smudge stick adorned with dried botanicals and intention
A handcrafted smudge feather wand made with foraged sticks, feathers and crystals
No experience needed — this is a slow, sensory, nervous-system-friendly space.
✨ Midday
Enjoy a delicious organic whole-foods lunch (included), with time to browse the Soul Barn Global Gift Shop or wander Clunes’ historic main street.
✨ Afternoon
Sink into deep rest with a restorative Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra immersion designed to:
Clear creative blocks
Restore nervous system balance
Activate self-confidence and creative expression
Using breath, essential oils, guided visualisation, Yoga Nidra and a rich soundscape of drums, singing bowls, chimes and gong, you’ll be supported into profound relaxation and energetic alignment.
