Kingston Town Recreation Department

Come learn, play, and grow together this winter! This 7-week caregiver/child group is led by a pediatric occupational therapist and focuses on building essential self-regulation skills through fun, engaging, and hands-on activities.

✨ Each 50-minute session will explore topics such as:
• Unexpected vs. Expected Behaviors
• Size of the Problem
• Understanding Our 5 Senses
• Feelings & Emotions
• Tools for Regulation
• Calming & Movement Strategies
• Body Awareness
• Creating Routines & Improving Focus

This class is designed for children ages 7–12 and a participating caregiver. It’s a wonderful way to support emotional growth, strengthen connection, and learn practical strategies you can use at home every day.
