We are looking into working with Village Green to potentially create a regular meetup space for homeschoolers!
🏀 Play on the playground or in the indoor gym (if open)
📚 Explore the library and pick up some great reads
☕ Grab a coffee from the local café and relax while the kids play on the playground
🏀 Play in the Tennis Courts (if open)
🌟 Why is this exciting?
The long-term vision is that by having a set monthly gathering, we can open the door for even more opportunities:
🎭 Special events hosted by the library
🚒 Firefighters bringing trucks for kids to explore
🏀 Reserved gym or court time for activities
🎓 Private tutoring or group lessons at the same time
This means more resources, fewer extra trips for families, and a welcoming space for new homeschoolers and families new to the area to connect. 🤝
