Part resistance training, part stretch, this class works from the core out, adding strength and stability to key muscle groups.

About this Event

We’ll progress from the mat to standing exercises, using our own body weight to build strength, endurance and muscle, with optional props added for intensity and challenge while increasing flexibility.
