Restorative Yoga is the practice of deep rest — a skill that modern life has all but forgotten. In this 17-hour teacher training, we’ll explore the philosophy, energetics, and anatomy of relaxation, learning how to create safe, nurturing, and transformative experiences for students.

Through lecture, discussion, and experiential practice, you’ll learn proper prop placement, sequencing for the nervous system, and how to use language and presence to guide others into stillness. This training also covers the energetics of the parasympathetic nervous system, the role of the subtle body in relaxation, and how to integrate Reiki or other healing modalities into Restorative settings.

Graduates will leave confident in teaching full-length restorative classes and incorporating restorative postures into other styles of yoga or healing work.

$425 per person
