- A sense of interconnection or wholeness

The session also provides practices to become better acquainted with the nervous system. These are simple tools for inner connection & balance. Which in turn helps manage stress or overwhelm. 

Ash is a student of Korean & North Indian music traditions & has a unique multi instrumental sound art practice. He is practicing sound therapist & uses ABWA accredited breathwork & Yoga Nidra training within the sessions.
