I am a holistic coach because that’s what life is - whole. There are multiple layers to disease, pain & healing. Working together, we focus on the entire self, not just one aspect. My lifestyle coaching approach incorporates a combination of psychology, physiology, nutrition, movement & spirituality. Together, we unearth our rooted patterns of functioning out of fear and cultivate love (starting with loving ourselves). My passion is to empower women on their journey to finding their power [which is already within]. We are more powerful than we even begin to realize. I am here to journey with you.
