This is an opportunity to step outside of our day to day roles and life pressures, and nurture this wildling within.Wildness is the natural state of the world. When we are immersed in the raw wildness of life, such as in the forest, by the beach or sitting by a campfire, things feel clearer and make more sense.Our animal bodies yearn for the simple yet profound experience of wonder and joy so often found in our natural world, and by getting out of our heads and into our bodies and hearts.This dance will provide a portal to this wild, instinctive nature. And it can be whatever it needs to be for you. Wildness can be full throttle expression and release, but it can also be softness, listening in to our whispering hearts and being present to the emergence of gentle authentic movement, or even stillness.The playlist will encompass world, electronica and bass music with an organic undercurrent and nature sounds woven throughout.We will have an opportunity to set an intention for the dance by writing our intention on a leaf, and letting it charge up on the altar as we dance.Facilitator: MarisaMarisa (aka ZALA) is a DJ and events extraordinaire, with 20+ years experience working and playing at festivals and events.
