Deepen your teaching skills and confidence with safe, effective, and consent-based hands-on assists. This immersive weekend is designed for yoga teachers looking to refine their touch, improve student support, and enhance class presence. Through guided practice, anatomy-informed techniques, and ethical frameworks, you’ll learn how to offer assists that are clear, supportive, and empowering for every body.

Friday 6:30-9:30 via zoom
Saturday 11-2 & 3-6 in person
Sunday 11-2 & 3-6 in person

* This is a Yoga Alliance CEU Course which gives the student 15 CEU points.

Tuition
Super Early Bird- First 5 to register: $300 save $95
Early Bird (Feb 20th) $350 save $45
Full Tuition $395

Payment Plan $100 Non-refundable deposit with 3 additional monthly payments.

* Certificate of completion will not be issued until all course work and payments have been completed.

Refund Policy:
2 months prior to first day of training Full refund.
1 month prior to first day of training 50% refund, 50% Studio Credit
2 weeks prior to training no refund, no credit, space may be transferred to another client.
