Her passion is to teach people how to heal themselves by learning to relax their bodies, and their minds. The body is a self healing mechanism. Qigong supports us in getting out of the way. Session Summary: Qigong means energy in motion. We use breathwork, relaxation and simple movements to change your body chemistry. No experience is necessary. Anyone of any age or any stage can do it.
