SLOW FLOW LAUNCH!!

Join us for one of two free community yoga classes with yoga instructor Andrea Lynn as we open the doors to this warm, cozy space and get ready to launch weekly classes. These slow-flow sessions are perfect for beginners and all levels—an easy, grounding way to move, breathe, and connect.

We’ll be taking a few photos and short video clips during class to help introduce our new offerings on social media, and we’d love to have you be part of this next chapter. There’s plenty of parking, plenty of space to unwind, and we’re so looking forward to flowing together.

Come see the studio, meet the community, and enjoy a free class as we begin this new journey at Nourish Collaborative.
