This Sunday we return to Sandfly Hall for another ecstatic dance — a space to arrive as you are and let the body lead.
After a 15-minute guided drop-in with resident facilitator Adrielle, nipaluna/Hobart-based DJ Leightency takes over with melody-driven house and techno, warm grooves, and deep basslines to draw you out of the mind and into movement.
We begin gently, build into rhythm and energy, and close in stillness.
No choreography. No expectations.
Move big or small. Rest when needed.
Bring water, comfortable layers, and openness.
