Exhale the week and come home to your body.

Join us for a full-spectrum healing journey through breath, movement, and sound — designed to reconnect you with your breath, your body, and your inner aliveness.

We begin by dropping into presence with guided breathwork, opening the nervous system and grounding the body.
Then we move into a free-form ecstatic dance journey — a space to release emotion, liberate expression, and move however your body wants to move.
We close the night with a gentle sound bath, using voice, bowls, and frequency to restore integration and peace.

? Optional cacao will be offered for those who want to deepen into the heart and emotional body with a short guided meditation.

Your Host: Megan Hill

Megan is a somatic facilitator, ecstatic dance guide, and sacred sound channel who weaves breath, movement, and frequency to help people liberate stress and return to emotional wholeness. Trained in Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release, Myofascial Release, Chakradance®, and Sound Healing, she guides individuals into deeply embodied, safe, and intuitive expression.
