We're vying for Canada's first-ever Olympic berth in the mixed 470 sailing class. If we qualify for LA 2028, we'll be the first Canadians to ever compete in this class at the Olympics. We're close, and every bit of support gets us closer.We've been invited to train with the Australian national team this spring, fall and winter including free coaching from some of the best coaches in the world. To do that, we need to buy a boat to keep in Australia to train while Lake Ontario is frozen. The boat will cost approximately $18K which is what this event is all about.Come spend the evening with us at Kingston Yacht Club. There'll be live music, great food, cold beer, a silent auction, a raffle, appetizers (full menu available if you prefer), and plenty of good company.
