Join us for this interactive session with a physiotherapist guest speaker presenting to us about back care during pregnancy and breastfeeding*.

Find us in the Art Lounge (Hall) at West Winds. Babies, children, partners and support people are more than welcome - as usual - at ABA local group events.

There will be time and opportunity to speak one-to-one with a breastfeeding counsellor, should you wish.

*Guest speaker presentations may include information not in accordance with ABA policies and position statements.

Joining ABA is NOT required to attend - this info and chat discussion is a freely available community service.
