This two-hour introduction to sourdough is relaxed, hands-on, and filled with holiday flavour.

-A friendly introduction and demonstration on how sourdough works
-Hands-on scoring and baking of your own small sourdough loaf
-A festive tasting of breads, cheeses, and sweets while your loaves bake
-Preparation of a small batch of sourdough gingerbread dough to take home
-Tips on baking and enjoying sourdough in your own kitchen
🎁 You’ll Take Home
-TWO fresh-baked sourdough loaf you scored and baked, one to taste, one to freeze and refresh for your holiday table!
-A parcel of gingerbread dough ready to roll and bake at home
-A dried starter pack with instructions
-A simple recipe card to keep baking through the season

📍 Location: Portsmouth Olympic Harbour Building, 2nd floor, 53 Yonge Street, Kingston. (Use doors facing Yonge Street.)
