Cost of livingThe film is based on the National Emergency Briefing in Westminster (featured by ITV, Channel 4 and The Times) with appearances from Chris Packham, Deborah Meaden, and a range of voices from across the UK.After the film there will be a short open discussion about what it means for our community and what we can do locally connected to the local efforts to raise awareness about the health of the Hogsmill River.We have invited the local Kingston Council Biodiversity Officer Elliot Newton, the artists FRAUD and others to join us following the briefing for a discussion about the film and how this intersects with efforts to designate part of the Hogsmill River Safe for swimming.Co-hosted by Stanley Picker Gallery at Kingston University and Kingston Borough Council this is an opportunity for connecting with your neighbours and local council for an important discussion about our future.Seats are free but limited so please book in advance.If after booking you are unable to attend, we’d be very grateful if you could let us know so that we can re-allocate your ticket to someone else.Bring a friend, neighbour or family member: everyone is welcome.We are hosting a screening of The Peoples Emergency Briefing as part of Climate Awareness Week and FRAUD's Stanley Picker Fellowship exhibition A Simultaneous Agreement.
