We’ll begin with 10 minutes of gentle guided meditation to help you settle and ground, followed by 50 minutes of immersive sound healing using crystal singing bowls and harmonic tones. This experience helps your nervous system to relax, calms the mind, and helps you release tension and mental clutter.

For those wanting deeper energetic support, there is the option to add a 1:1 Reiki session with Caroline Jane (£10) during the sound bath for a deeper personalised experience alongside the group journey.
