We're officially launching our About The Run  Sunday Long Run Summer Series! Starting at 10K and gradually building up over the next few months to 16K (10 miles), these are completely FREE, fully social, and inclusive training runs.

THE SUMMER LINEUP:
* 28th June: 10 KM @ 9:00am
* 12th July: 10 KM @ 9:00am
* 26th July: 12 KM @ 8:45am
* 9th Aug: 12 KM @ 8:45am
* 23rd Aug: 14 KM @ 8:30am
* 6th Sept: 16 KM @ 8:15am
* 20th Sept: 16 KM @ 8:15am
