Active on the Island is a series of exercise sessions hosted on Ravens Ait Island, designed to help you reset, move your body and enjoy the island in an active, uplifting way.
Set on the lawn with the river flowing past, these sessions are about feeling good. Think morning light, open space, gentle guidance and the kind of atmosphere that leaves you energised for the rest of the day.
We’ll begin with yoga-style sessions, with plans to introduce Pilates and HIIT-style classes as the series develops - always keeping the focus on quality instruction, small groups and an enjoyable experience.
Whether you’re looking to stretch, strengthen or work up a light sweat, these sessions are designed to be accessible, welcoming and genuinely enjoyable.
