He currently works as a researcher at the University of Graz and the University of Ljubljana. From 2022-2025, he worked on the research project "A Socialist Workplace in Postcolonial Africa: A Connected History of the Yugoslav Workforce in Zambia" at the University of Vienna, led by Goran Musić. Recent publications include "Modes of Masculinities among the Yugoslav Workforce in Postcolonial Zambia," Slavic Review (forthcoming in Fall 2025).We are delighted to be partnering once again with Hull Museums to offer attendees at our public lectures the chance to visit Wilberforce House Museum next door before joining us for the event.Lectures will begin at 4 pm and will take place at our home in Oriel Chambers, 27 High Street, Hull, HU1 1NE.
