Workshop 1: Creating Alone Without Feeling Alone

Are you an artist or creative in Hull who struggles with feeling quite isolated during the creative process? Using Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques and mindfulness, this workshop will give you an opportunity to think about how you feel during the creative process and give you some useful tools and techniques to make this process easier, smoother and hopefully more enjoyable.

This workshop will focus on how to feel more connected to others while working on projects, and understanding that creating alone doesn't have to be lonely.

The sessions will be held in small, informal groups in a collaborative setting, and participants can expect to work with friendly, trained professionals with experience in supporting a broad range of individuals in our new bespoke centre.  Come and join us! 

Please note parking is on-street around the building for three hours.
