Hull lass Dorothy longs for adventure, away from the fat and batter of the Frying Nemo. 

But when a freak storm drops her chippy on top of a witch in the Land of Oz, she gets more than she bargained for. 

Joined by reluctant pooch Toto and loudmouth dame Pattie Breadcake, Dorothy skips along the yellow brick road in search of a way back home.

But with a Scarecrow, Lion and Tin Man in tow - and a wicked witch hot on her heels - will Dorothy ever return to Hessle Road in one piece?

Find out in The Wizard of Oz, the 2025 edition of “Hull’s funniest pantomime”, at Social on Humber Street.

First performed in 2011, the Middle Child panto is a homegrown hit, with a different story chosen every year by our audience.

Featuring a cast of local actors, live music and the chance to make as much noise as possible, this is a festive tradition not to be missed.

Includes late-night performances at 9.30pm.
