There’s no pressure to speak and people can engage at their own pace.The group is for adults aged 18 and over and is volunteer run. While we aim to create a supportive space, we are not a counselling or crisis service.Alongside weekly sessions, we also run:Occasional workshops such as somatic therapy, creative sessions and tai chiFortnightly walks across Hull and surrounding areas, open to friends, family, children and dogsA diagnosis is not required.
