Each month, we’ll gather for a breathwork journey inspired by a different “I wonder” theme — designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and listen more deeply to yourself.

Breathwork is a simple, powerful practice that uses conscious breathing to shift how you feel — physically, mentally, and emotionally. It can help you release stress, feel more grounded, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that you may have pushed aside in the busyness of life.

This series is perfect if you’ve never done breathwork before — or if you’re curious to explore your inner world more deeply in a safe, supportive space.
