Hamstrings in Harmony.

Do you have tight hamstrings? They can affect our back, our hips and our knees and play a big role in our mobility. This workshop won't be easy - but it will get results! We will have a quick discussion about why we need to take longer stretches if we want to improve the health of our hamstrings, then we delve a little deeper in the mechanics of effective stretching, before practising a range of longer held stretches to help us with this often troublesome area. Adaptations will be made for those needing them, and you will receive a handout to take home for your personal practice. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your yoga mat, strap and cushion.
