Sunday, January 4 from 4-6pm

Start your year the only right way: on a yoga mat… surrounded by cats who have mastered the art of living on their own terms.

Join us for a 60-minute flow with Tereza DiFrancesco of Ephemeral Experience designed to reset your body, clear the mental clutter, and sneak in a few feline-inspired “New Year’s resolutions” along the way. Think less “new year, new me,” and more “channel your inner cat and stop apologizing for taking up space.”

Before and after class, you’ll have a total of 60 minutes in the cat lounge: time to soak in the purrs, make new friends, maybe fall in love with an adoptable troublemaker, and let the resolutions settle in without trying too hard.

What to expect and what to know:
• A playful, accessible 60-minute yoga class with cats
• 60 minutes in the cat lounge with adoptable cats with a hot beverage included
• A soft reset for the new year, minus the self-help guilt trip
• Come in comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
• Please DO bring your own yoga mat (we have a few if you need to borrow one).
• Please do NOT bring your own cat.
• Optional: adopt a cat and really commit to the “new beginnings” theme!

Who it’s for:
Anyone who wants a grounded start to the year, likes their yoga with a sense of humor, and doesn’t mind sharing their mat with a furry supervisor. You don’t need to have experience in yoga practice—all levels are welcome!
