Red Eye - No Hotel. 
$250 per seat

$100 deposit secures your seat then #2 payment $75 by December 1,2025 …. the final balance $75 will be due by January 1,2026

We will load at Ingles on Fort Henry Drive - Kingsport TN 
Off interstate 81 - Exit 59. 
Parking is behind McDonald’s along the brick wall and all the way far left if you are looking at the building from the gas station of Ingles.   Do not park in customer parking.  

We load on a Friday February 13th - We load at 5:30pm at Ingles in Kingsport TN.  
Exit 59 off Interstate I81. We depart promptly @ 6pm. 
Once you arrive you’ll line up down the sidewalk at the vacant storefront. Not in front of Ingles doors. I’ll go down the line and check everyone off my list. 
You are welcome to sit any seats rows 2-16.  The front seats on both side are for me the leader and my travel partner. 

We travel at night, no hotel needed. We stop 4 times and the last stop is longer where you can freshen up. 
In Saturday February 14th- The drop off is on Basin Street on Saturday morning around 7/8a traffic permitting. Pick up is 10p CST Saturday night. 
PLEASE be back before 10pm. If late we can only wait 5 min. After that you’ll need to find another way home. 
Please don’t wait till 9:50p to get a UBER. The traffic is very heavy during the night. With it being Mardi Gras event it’ll be WAY more busy. We will be  back at Ingles around noon / 1pm Sunday February 15,2026
Traffic permitting…..

You can pack a toiletries, over night bag, small suitcase.  Bring phone charge ? in. Pillow, blankets, neck pillow recommended.  
Anything you don’t need Saturday you can leave on the bus. The bus will NOT be assessable during the day.  

Each stop please look at your watch and be back on board to leave.   1 stop is 30 min, 2nd stop is 30 min, 3 stop is 30 min and last stop will be to get ready for the day. It’s usually 1 hour and 30 min.  The driver goes in break.  The door will be locked. Everyone has to get off quickly.  It’ll be early but please gather everything you need in order to get ready for the day.  
Then have what you need for the day ready inside the bus with you when we drop off on Basin Street. We won’t open the compartments underneath the bus. 

Restroom on bus is for emergencies and only #1 
NO #2. No wipes, napkins. There will be a $250 charge for anyone who utilizes the bathroom and causes the tank to be emptied due to placing items not allowed.  Please use the times we stop to get off the bus and go use those restrooms and not the one on the bus.  This causes odor and smells throughout our trip.  

Please see online of the full times of parades the day we are there and routes. 
This year 2025 the parades were very family friendly.  I didn’t see anything inappropriately.

Gratuity for driver is greatly appreciated.  I’ll pass the envelope back thru the seats prior to us arriving back at Ingles.
