Iron Mayhem Strength & Conditioning is excited to host the Mayhem Monsters competition at the expo. Lifting will begin at 10 a.m. For more information, contact Claude Mumpower at 423-502-1745 or ironmayhemgym@gmail.com.

- Jiu jitsu
Strongpoint Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will host a no-gi, submission-only grappling tournament. The tournament is open to all skill levels. Weigh-ins will begin at 8 a.m. For more information, click the link below.
