- **Event Name**: Webinar: When Everything Becomes Too Much
- **Event Start and End Date**: Wed, 14 Oct, 2026 at 06:30 pm (+00:00)
- **Event Description**: Have you ever seemed completely fine, until suddenly everything felt too loud, too bright, too demanding or simply too much? This webinar explores how autistic, ADHD and AuDHD people may mask or overlook their sensory needs, tolerating discomfort until it becomes anxiety, irritability, exhaustion, shutdown or meltdown. Drawing on professional knowledge and lived experience, Georgina will help participants recognise earlier signs of sensory overload and begin creating their own personal sensory map. Designed for neurodivergent people, parents and carers, the session will combine an accessible presentation with optional polls, private reflection exercises and practical ideas to take away. There will also be time for questions.
