Holiday Wine Tasting: Paired Wine & Small Plates

Join us for an exclusive holiday wine tasting! We will be hosting four seatings of our most popular annual event:

These limited seating tastings will be hosted in our festively decorated winery. Immerse yourself in the magic of the holidays while you enjoy intimate in-depth tasting experience of five of our favorite wines, each paired with a house made small plate that perfectly complements the wine.

Tasting Menu:

First Pairing: Brut Cuvée Sparkling wine paired with caramelized onion tartlet with aged cheddar, asiago, and a touch of dijon.

Second Pairing: Chardonnay wine paired with a roasted butternut squash soup with sage brown butter and pomegranate seeds.

Third Pairing: Viognier wine paired with butter poached shrimp over white cheddar grits, with chorizo oil and corn foam.

Fourth Pairing: GSM (Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre) wine paired with beef tenderloin topped with red wine reduction, truffle-potato puree, and roasted carrots.

Fifth Pairing: Merlot wine paired with a deconstructed black forest cake.

Included in your tasting is a brief tour of our winery facility, a tasting pour of five wines, five courses of paired small plates made from scratch in our kitchen, and a keepsake wine glass to take home.
