Join us for a nourishing afternoon mini-retreat designed to calm your senses and restore your spirit.
Our practice will be gentle, restorative, and suitable for all levels - whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of experience. Rooted in traditional Indian Hatha yoga, these sessions are crafted to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
