There is no choreography, just move as you feel.

All bodies, backgrounds, and levels are welcome.

Arrival & Welcome

Please arrive about 15 minutes early to cross the threshold and transition into the ceremonial space.

You are invited to remove your shoes and enter with softness and intention.

A sacred cleansing awaits, with smudging or a Florida water spray to refresh and clear your aura.

Before we begin, feel free to stretch, rest, meditate, or simply arrive in stillness. Take this time to settle into the space, connect with your breath, and attune to your body and inner world.

What to Bring & How to Prepare

✨ Clothing

Wear layers so you can adjust to your comfort throughout the journey.

Choose something you can move freely in and magical enough to feel amazing.

We dance barefoot to stay grounded. Socks may be worn if needed, but please take care, as this is at your own responsibility.

✨ Personal Items

• Refillable water bottle

• Blanket and cushion for rest and integration (yoga mat, bolster, and props provided)

• Journal and pen for reflections and insights (paper and art materials available)

✨ Phones & Presence

For the benefit of everyone, please switch off and store your phone, and refrain from talking during the session unless invited to share.

Come with an open heart, a curious spirit, and a willingness to move, feel, and explore. Everything else will unfold naturally.
